Program Description:
The Tiana Rust Escarcida Passport Scholarship is an initiative with the goal of helping EU students with financial need take the first step towards studying abroad. The Tiana Rust Escarcida Passport Scholarship will provide reimbursement for the costs of obtaining a U.S passport, including the $130 passport fee and $35 service fee, to all students intending to study abroad and are applying for a passport for the first time.  

Once the Office of Global Engagement confirms your eligibility and receives your documentation, a Passport Scholarship for $165 will be posted to your TouchNet account.

Applications are considered on a rolling basis, but should be completed at least two months prior to your departure.
