  • Enroll in Elmhurst College’s EDU 380 / KIN 380 for SPRING TERM, 2016
  • Course begins SPRING TERM, 2016Thursday evening class: 6:00-8:30 p.m.
  • Experience the Wonders of “ANCIENT GREECE” during Spring Break, 2016; March 16th - 26th.
 
 
How much will it cost? Approximately $3,600
  • Initial deposit due by Oct 1, 2015: $ 500.00
  • First payment due by Nov. 15, 2015: $1,600.00 
  • Final payment due by Dec 15, 2015:$1,500.00

What will we learn, do and see in Greece?
A 11 day travel experience to Greece is included in the course. Under the direction of experienced faculty from Elmhurst College and the University of Indianapolis, Athens Campus; students will travel to the Acropolis and the Ancient Angora, visit elementary and tertiary schools in Athens; participate in organized field trips to the birthplace of the Ancient Olympics; the Temples of Zeus and Hera, visit Delphi and Apollo’s Sanctuary for the Oracle. A ferry tour to three Greek Islands in the Saronic Gulf (Aegina, Hydra, & Poros) is also planned. Students will explore local museums, historical sports sites and the Plaka area in Athens and enrich their minds with the art, literature, culture, mythology, sport and athletics that defined Ancient Greece.
